Thoughts

Thank you, Jacqui, a wonderful lady who always gave us the warmest of welcomes. We have such fond memories of all the family get-togethers and occasions, lunch at the Speech House Orangery for Kim's Birthday, Sunday Lunches at the Dog and Muffler, celebrating Matt and Olivia’s Wedding, BBQ’s in the Forest, Christmas celebrations at Oaklands, Firework Parties to name just a few. Always willing to help out, remembering one occasion of you sporting wellies and waterproofs being on wheelbarrow duty helping us lay a patio of ready-mix cement which was rapidly setting!! An absolute superstar!! You will be forever in our hearts.

Jacqui, you were there for some of the biggest moments of our lives. Part of our top table and front row at our wedding, came to see our first home and dog, and you were also there for every family event that we held. You and Glyn showed what a marriage could be if it was done right, and we hope that ours has the same devotion and happiness over so many years as yours did. We always knew when a card from Jacqui would come through the post with your amazing handwriting and you never missed a birthday or Christmas - such was your undoubted commitment to family and friends. You also followed all of our sports teams, and Cheltenham Town have certainly benefitted from your support and scarf waving over the years. You lived life in a way that you can undoubtedly be proud of. In a way that we aspire to in our own footsteps. We will miss you of course, and no family event will ever be the same, but you leave behind a plethora of memories, good values and a contribution to others that will live on for generations. Enjoy being reunited with Glyn as he was waiting patiently for you I'm sure. Thanks for all you gave to life and keep flying high up there. We'll make sure your memory does the same.
